The 2007 Powell River Studio Tour (free to the public) featured local artists at close to 30 locations on the weekend of August 25 & 26, 2007 (10 am-5 pm).

Visitors were able to experience the diversity & excellence of the art community in the Powell River region, along with the spectacular natural beauty of Canada's Sunshine Coast. Visitors designed their own tour using a free brochure and guide that includes information on each artist or gallery participating in the tour. Powell River had its first area-wide studio tour in August, 2005. Organized by Alfred Muma, a well-known local artist, the Tour included 28 locations representing over 40 artists. With an estimated 244 people taking the Tour, it was deemed a success and the decision was made to make it an annual event.

Over 30 Locations from Lund to Saltery Bay, on the beautiful "Sunshine Coast" of British Columbia, Canada.
