"Tripping across the rift of creativity."

Mischa was born in West Vancouver, BC and spent most of her childhood between there and Powell River. She achieved a Bachelor Degree of Fine Arts at Emily Carr Institute in 2002 studying a multitude of techniques, from ceramics and drawing to photography and painting.

In 2004 Mischa graduated from Capilano College with a Diploma in Textiles having studied weaving, spinning, dying, and surface design. She is now using the knowledge gained, and her natural talent, to create unique works of art.

Lately Mischa has added to her ever expanding collection of photographs presenting the Elemental Beauty found in our local areas. Her studio, which is open by appointment only, will move into Powell River  on July 1, 2009.
