Marjorie Brown has been living and working creatively in Powell River for over 15 years.  Having grown up in Vancouver where she attended the Vancouver School of Art ( Emily Carr), Marjorie then spent many years in Ontario working as an artist and  raising her family before returning to the coast and establishing her studio in Powell River.  Her work has encompassed a wide variety of mediums from sculpture, through stained glass and most recently, wood carving. Marjorie and her daughter, Wendy Brown, are sharing a new studio space and extend their warm invitation to come and visit.
