Monique Schaub studied Object and Industrial Design at Krefeld University, Germany, her diploma taking First Class Honours. She also studied in Spain, England and Mexico and has exhibited in Spain, Germany, Mexico and Canada. Freelance and contract work for German Television Corporation.

Monique has lived and worked in Powell River since 1991. Her focus is on Free Object Design and Painting. She loves to teach Art and Art History to children (5 and up) and adults. In these private lessons and very small groups, kids and adults can even work together at the same time. Monique says, “When you look at my paintings you will know right away that I love colours and texture!!!”
